How to log in and access the virtual environment?

If you have already registered yourself for a virtual event that you intend to attend, then on the event day, you are required to sign in to the event site to access the virtual environment. Please follow the steps mentioned below. 

1. Click on the Login option on the event landing page.
2. Enter valid email id on the Login popup.
3. Enter a valid password on the Login popup (this might not be required for some events, depending upon the event settings by the organizer).

4. You might also need to enter valid OTP (as received in email) on the Verification Code popup window.

Note: OTP remains valid for ten minutes only. If you enter OTP after that, an error message will be displayed. In this case, you need to click on the Resend button on the Verification Code popup window. A new OTP will be sent to your email id. Also, a confirmation message will be displayed on the same Verification Code popup that a new OTP has been sent. You can also Resend a code after one minute if for any reason you didn't receive the code in the first attempt. If ten minutes have not passed, you will receive the same code again, or otherwise, the system will generate and send the new one.

Note: If you enter an invalid OTP code, an error message will be displayed on the Verification Code popup window.

OTP verification can be disabled for the same browser once you have provided a valid OTP upon login. To do so, checkmark the option of “Don’t ask again on this browser”.
