The options of audio call and video calls are available only in the direct/private chat. In the public chatroom, there is no option for audio/video calls.
Note: It is recommended to use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browser for making an audio/video call.
Using external audio/video call platforms
If you or your event organizer do not want to use the vFairs default audio/video calling platform, then you can always redirect the attendees to an external meeting link.
Using Whereby for audio/video calls
If you click on the audio/video call option (image above) or as it is highlighted here and you are redirected to the Whereby platform, then it means that the event organizer is not using vFairs default chat platform for audio/video calling. In such cases, you will have to join your attendees on the Whereby meeting link which is generated just now and opened in a new tab. Learn about the Whereby chat/call features.
