As the event day approaches, all you want is to create the booths for the exhibitors right after the event landing page is designed. To create a booth, you need to login to the vFairs event platform with the admin credentials shared with you. As soon as you are logged into the vFairs event backend platform, a dashboard will appear, as captured in the image below.
If the number of booths is not that large, let say 100, then you can use the manual option to create each booth. To do this, follow the steps mentioned below.
1. Go to Booths -> Booth Listing -> click on the “+Add” button.
2. On the “Create New” popup form, enter the required information.
Enter the name of the booth that will be displayed in the exhibition hall.
This dropdown selection list will show the options for the exhibit halls. For the booths to set up, at least one exhibit hall is mandatory. And, if you have more than one exhibit hall, all of these will appear in the Floor selection list. You can select one from the list in which you want to set up this new booth. It is a mandatory field.
You can use this text area to write a brief introduction about the exhibitor’s company for whom the booth is being created. Since it is an HTML content editor, you can use the text formatting options, add images, and links as well.
The image below shows how the company profile content will appear as the booth description just below the booth display on the frontend.
Use the “Drop files here to upload” button to attach the logo image. The URL of the image will be populated in the field. The size allowed for the logo image is 110x30 pixels.
Point of Contact
- Contact Name: Enter the name of the booth exhibitor who will be setting up the booth. Enter only one person’s name.
- Contact Email: Enter the email id of the booth exhibitor to whom the booth setup email will be sent. Only one email id should be entered here.
Click the Save button to add this booth information to the booth listing.
Once a booth is created and saved, it is listed on the booth listings page from where you can configure the booth settings.
Note: Any edits, made to a booth from the backend, will be reflected in the hall only after the cache is cleared and the event page is refreshed.
