On an event day, a lot of messages keep flooding the public chatroom, and it can create somewhat a chaotic situation for the booth admins. However, the vFairs chat platform allows you to respond to a specific message by using the "Reply" option. This feature functions exactly like that of the Whatsapp response feature.
In a public chatroom, an attendee or booth rep can reply to a specific message. To do so, hover over a message in the chat area, and click on the Reply option. Type the message, and then send. The response to the specific message will appear in the chatroom accordingly, as shown in the image below.
